How do mythic+ dungeons work?

Mythic+ key difficulties range from +2 (easy) to +10 (very hard). ETA AND REQUIREMENTS FOR MYTHIC PLUS CARRY RUN:

Each dungeon takes approximately 30 to 40 minutes. You will need a lvl 70 Dragonflight character, and you don't need to use your own Mythic+ key.
