If you thought Nerub'ar Palace bosses were tough enough on the regular Normal difficulty, then the Heroic mode ups the challenge to a whole new level. With the added difficulty, of course, come many more and better rewards, such as ilvl 610-619 gear, Heroic Season 1 TWW sets, exclusive achievements and mounts compared to the Normal difficulty, and much more.
Clearing a Heroic raid is always a nice way to begin a fresh WoW Patch, and 11.0 is no different. Conquering the higher difficulties however is a big challenge, even for veteran players, especially when you have to rely on random players and their usually poor knowledge of the game mechanics. Nerub'ar Palace Heroic includes the following:
- A complete Nerub'ar Palace rain run on the Heroic difficulty, with the chosen number of bosses defeated.
- An opportunity to loot 610-619 ilvl gear items.
- A potential to obtain set pieces for your character.
- A potential to loot Reins of the Sureki Skyrazor, a flying mount.
- Ahead of the Curve: Queen Ansurek achievement (for a full run only!).
- Heroic: Nerub'ar Palace achievement (for a full run only!).

You will need a level 80 TWW character to participate in the service.
Please explore the available loot options to better customize the service to your preferences:
1) Group Loot
You can roll for any item for your spec throughout the raid run against the other players in the group. This way you can acquire up to three items per raid, but it isn't guaranteed.
After the weekly server reset, you can also choose one of three items in the Great Vault to keep. This is the most affordable option.
2) Armor + Tier Priority
You will be the only player in the group with the desired class armor type and tier token. But, all other items (such as weapons, rings, necklaces, trinkets, and cloaks) will be rolled randomly among the players.
Choosing "pass" or "greed" during rolls counts towards the guarantee, but those items that lose the "need" roll do not. If you receive two copies of the same item, please, trade one of them to the raid leader. If not, the duplicates will also count.
3) Full Priority Run
You will be the only customer in the whole raid, and you can also invite and share loot with one or two friends without paying any extra. Every single item that drops during the raid is yours to keep!
Attention: Guaranteed items cannot be chosen and are the minimum reward for your raid. If you place an order for an item that matches your class and specifications, this is considered a minimum guarantee in anyway.
