WoW Patch 11.0, introduces a brand-new raid into the game alongside The War Within expansion, Nerub'ar Palace. A Normal difficulty run is a great way to start off your adventures in the new content, and with our help, defeating the 8 bosses standing between you and the spoils, it will be over in no time. Achievements, gear, and other sweet rewards await you in the new raid experience.

Nerub'ar Palace Normal includes the following:
- A complete Nerub'ar Palace rain run on the Normal difficulty.
- All 8 out of 8 Palace bosses defeated on normal difficulty, including Queen Ansurek, the final encounter of the raid.
- A potential to loot 597-606 ilvl gear items.
- A potential to obtain set item
- An opportunity to find Reins of the Sureki Skyrazor, a new epic flying mount.
- Various related Nerub'ar Palace achievements along the way.
Please note that our schedule only displays group loot runs for the service. If you wish to get a full priority run, you can always contact us directly though the live chat or the Discord server to specify the raiding schedule.
Note that you will require a level 80 TWW character to participate.
Please explore the available loot options to better customize the service to your preferences:
1) Group Loot
You are able to roll for any items compatible with your character's specialization. This means the amount of gear drops per raid is all the way from 0 to 3. You will, however, get a guarantied reward from the weekly Great Vault afterwards, with three options to choose from. As you are not the only one in the raid group following these rules, please remember to respect your fellow players.
2) Armor + Tier Priority
With this option selected, you will have all the armor and set pieces for your character all to yourself. Other items, though, such as rings, weapons, necks, trinkets, and cloaks will still be contested by a total of 3 other player on the team. The raid team size is up to you, with the following options: 10, 15, 20, and 26-man groups. The more people in the raid, the more loot will the bosses drop when defeated.
To further mitigate the effects of luck, you are able to choose from 4 to 9 items secured, the quantity of items being determined by the number of unsaved boosters selected. Should you not get all the items you ordered, we will conduct another raid run for you next week, free of charge.
Choosing "pass" or "greed" during rolls does count towards the guarantee, but items that lose the "need" roll do not. If you receive two copies of the same item, please, trade one of them to the raid leader. If not, the duplicates will also count!
3) Full Priority Run
You will be the only customer in the whole raid, and you can also invite and share loot with one or two friends without paying any extra money. Every single item that drops during the raid is yours to keep!
Attention: Guaranteed items cannot be chosen and are the minimum reward for your raid. If you place an order for an item that matches your class and specifications, this is considered a minimum guarantee in anyway.

Some useful tips about the Nerub'ar Palace Normal service:
- Our team will begin doing Normal raid runs the same day they clear the raid themselves;
- Gear priority options will become available on the third week since the release of the raid;
- Every day we will be performing a total of 10 Normal Nerub'ar Palace raid runs;
- You may choose the Selfplay option for all available Normal raid boosts;
