We kindly ask you, before purchasing, please check with our support manager about specific realm raid availability. If you buy even if there is no available team, you have to agree with the specific policy.
We have created an availability system where our boosters post their availabilities, on certain realms. It can happen that multiple customers buy on the same realm, and our raid group could be saved. For this reason, we ask you for a little patience! The ETA can be flexible.
If you buy the service on a covered realm but no booster is available, we have 3 extra days to find an alternative. Otherwise, you can freely ask for a cash refund or for a credit refund with a bonus/compensation from our side.
If you buy a raid clear from Saturday and onwards, we may have to schedule you for the first days of the new reset, as 80% of groups are already saved. However we will do our best to give you a raid even in the last days of the reset.

I don`t want to share my account. Can I play by myself?

Yes, if you want to have absolutely best gaming experience in dungeons and raids playing with one of our professional teams by yourself - just choose this option while on a product page before adding product to shopping cart. Keep in mind though that we may change extra fee for some services with selfplay option for obvious reasons as well as some our services can be done either with or without account sharing only.

If you have ordered the boost with a selfplay options, all you have to do is just come online at the appointed time, get direct invitation to a boost group and follow the group tagging bosses to be able to get loot, our team will do the rest.
